BSOD & Restart with Asrock motherboard and Amd Cpu
Hello..I recently upgraded from a Biostar motherboard & Amd Phenom x4 cpu and 2Gb ram to Asrock 960GM-GS3 Fx motherboard & Amd Fx 4170 x4 cpu and 4Gb Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz Ram and at least twice a day (some times more) i get the BSOD and my pc restarts when windows is loaded up i get a message saying "Windows has recoverd from a unexpected shutdown". I have tried running my pc with just the basics running, leds,Dvd Rom drives, case fans all unplugged, then i tried disconnecting my graphics card and using onboard graphics, tried installing windows 4 times..i began to think it was the ram that was at fault so sent it back and got the Corsair ones i mentioned above and still it happened...so i took out the motherboard & cpu and ram and put my old setup in with same graphics card & harddrive and it ran fine for 4 days put new motherboard & processor, fresh install of windows 7 ultimate 64bit and BSOD & restart started again the day after, i have also tried 32bit & 64bit of windows 7. The only thing i could find on the internet was this thread a guy made on here... https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...code-c9-2.html.. me and him have three things in common 1.same motherboard 2.same processor 3.we both use avg internet security. Any help you can give would be appreciated & very welcome
i have attached Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2.Rar with PERFMON HTML file inside.
