Random reboots and BSOD's including 0x00000124

Need some help with some instability in Windows 7 Ultimate x64. I've had four crashes in a 3 hour period today and a few yesterday. Anywhere from browsing to playing various games. I built the computer recently and have had the same results with two different power supplies. A Thermaltake 430W and my currently installed OCZ 750W.

All parts are new and windows 7 Ultimate x64 is a fresh, clean, install.

Biostar T5 XE Motherboard, Intel i3-540, 8GB Gskill memory, 1 TB WD Black Caviar HD, EVGA Geforce GTX 550 Ti (2GB), OCZ750FTY.

Thanks in advance for the help!

Where did you get your drivers?

Updated the graphics drivers but I don't think I ever went to biostar's website and updated bios or anything. Just ran what came on the CD.

First, update your system specs so we know what hardware you have.

Second, visit your motherboard manufacturer and download the motherboard chipset drivers. The drivers that come with the motherboard on disc usually are out of date. You may also want to update your BIOS. You should do the same for your other hardware (video card, etc).

Updated system specs, reinstalled windows, updated mobo drivers, starting again from fresh. Crossing my fingers and I will keep it updated if I continue to have problems. Thanks Kego!
