BSOD before able to do Posting Instructions

a few years ago i put my PC together. a week ago i ran some performance checks en disabled some windows visual effects to increase performance.

even in safety mode, my pc still freezes and gives a BSOD right after windows started.
I unplugged unnecessary disks and ran a memtest without any errors.

i wanted to follow the "BSOD - Posting Instructions" but PC freezes after windows startup! i'm able to push 1 or 2 buttons before it freeze.

    WHAT CAN I DO?

See if you have the same problems running Ubuntu:
    1. Desktop | Ubuntu
    2. Install Ubuntu Desktop | Ubuntu and select Try Ubuntu in Step 2 instead of installing it.
