BSODs While Playing Co-Op Saints Row 3 (All info included)

Hey guys, I'm Travesh and everytime I play Saints Row 3 Co-Op mode I get a BSOD after playing for 10-15 minutes. I was easily able to play singleplayer mode last night with no issues at all.

    My system specs are:
    Windows 7 Professional 64 bit
    5800 series Radeon Card
    i5 CPU 750 @2.67 GHz 2.66 GHz
    and 8 GB of RAM

Below i have included the system health report the BSOD jcgriff2 thing into the first zip, and the minidump files into the second zip. I really hope you can help me, thanks!

I've started trying to play an online shooter game called Blacklight Retribution. I've gotten 3 more BSODs in one day. I tried updating my video card drivers but to no avail. The weird thing is, every BSOD I get has a different error code thing, like 0x00000A etc.

I hope someone can help me with my problem. Thanks!

    Device Concerns:
    Code:
ATITool Driver	ROOT\*ATITOOLDEVICE\0000	Failure using the VxD loader.
Fully remove the ATITool software. It does not work with Windows newer than 2003 and will cause conflicts with Windows 7 as a result.

If you need help removing the drivers after the software is uninstalled: Hardware devices are not working or are not detected in Windows

    Software Concerns:
MSI Afterburner/RivaTuner/Kombustor is known to cause instability with systems. Please remove the software. Software overclocking does not provide reliable overclocking. Overclocking should be accomplished through the BIOS or through the graphics card manufacturer's software.

    Recommendations:
Update the above drivers that were highlighted in red first. See if it provides more stability.

    Memory Problems:
If not, your crashes primarily indicate a memory issue.
    • If you are overclocking any hardware, please stop.

    • Run the boot version of Memtest86+ paying close attention to Parts 2 and 3 of the tutorial. Also, in case Memtest86+ misses anything and comes up with no errors, run the extended version of the Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool for at least five passes. These you may want to run overnight since they take a long time to complete (run them an hour before bed each of the next two nights and check before going to sleep that they are still running).
         Warning
Before you proceed with the following, answer these two questions: Are you still under warranty? Does your warranty allow you to open up the machine to check hardware? If you are unsure of the answers to these questions, contact your system manufacturer. WARNING: The steps that follow can void your warranty!!!

For Part 3: If You Have Errors: If you swap any memory components, follow these steps for ESD safety:
      1. Shut down and turn off your computer.
      2. Unplug all power supplies to the computer (AC Power then battery for laptops, AC power for desktops)
      3. Hold down the power button for 30 seconds to close the circuit and ensure all power drains from components.
      4. Make sure you are grounded by using proper grounding techniques, i.e. work on an anti-static workbench, anti-static desk, or an anti-static pad. Hold something metallic while touching it to the anti-static surface, or use an anti-static wristband to attach to the anti-static material while working. If you do not have an anti-static workbench, desk, or pad, you can use your computer tower/case by finding a metal hold in it, such as a drive bay.

Once these steps have been followed, it is safe to remove and replace components within your computer.

    • Check your RAM compatibility with your system:
Download and install CPU-Z and Upload screenshots of the CPU, Mainboard, Memory, and SPD tabs. In the SPD tab, upload an image of each slot.

    DirectX/Graphics Issue:
Some crashes were DirectX/graphics card related. DirectX comes installed with Windows, so this may indicate Windows corruption. It may also be that you have corrupted drivers or a graphics card hardware problem.

    • If you are overclocking any hardware, please stop.

    • Check Windows for corruption. Run SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker up to three times to fix all errors with a restart in between each. Post back if it continues to show errors after a fourth run or if the first run comes back with no integrity violations. Use OPTION THREE of SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker to provide us with the sfcdetails.txt file if errors occur.

Follow the steps for Diagnosing basic problems with DirectX. To re-install your display card drivers as outlined in the DirectX link, use the following steps.

    1. Download the drivers you want for your display card(s)
    2. Click Start Menu
    3. Click Control Panel
    4. Click Uninstall a program
    5. For AMD:
      • Uninstall AMD Catalyst Install Manager if it is listed (this should remove all AMD graphics software and drivers)
      • If AMD Catalyst Install Manager is not listed, use the following method to uninstall the graphics drivers (this applies to onboard graphics, as well):
        1. Click Start Menu
        2. Right Click My Computer/Computer
        3. Click Manage
        4. Click Device Manager from the list on the left
        5. Expand Display adapters
        6. Do the following for each adapter (in case you have multiple display cards)
          • Right click the adapter
          • Click Uninstall (do not click OK in the dialog box that pops up after hitting Uninstall)
          • Put a tick in Delete driver software for this device (if this option is available, otherwise just hit OK) and hit OK

        Alternatively:
        1. Login as an adminstrative user
        2. Click Start Menu
        3. Click Control Panel
        4. Click Hardware and Sound
        5. Click Device Manager (the last link under Devices and Printers)
        6. Expand Display adapters
    6. Restart your computer after uninstalling drivers for all display cards
    7. Install the driver you selected for the display cards once Windows starts

Remember to try multiple versions of the graphics drivers, download them fresh, and install the freshly downloaded drivers.

Device Concerns: I wasn't able to figure out how to fully remove the ATITool software. It didn't show up in my uninstall programs list and in my Program Files folder the only ATI folder had something in it called ATI.ACE. Could you help me out on this one a little further?

I did run the Fix it program you linked, it came up with 3 problems. ATITool Driver has a driver problem, but the only option is gave me was to reinstall, not uninstall or remove. It also says "Unknown Device is not working properly" and "Hardware changes might not have been detected."

Software Concerns: I was able to uninstall Afterburner and Kombuster but Rivatuner did not show up in my list of programs to uninstall.

3rd Party Drivers: I couldn't figure out where or how to update any of the drivers listed.

Memory Problems: I'm going to be very busy all weekend so I can't run Memtest over this weekend, but if things are still going wrong by Monday I definitely will run it then.
I did, however, take screenshots of the tabs in CPU-Z, I will attach them below for you to check out.

DirectX/Graphics Issue: I ran the sfc /scannow and it came back with finding no integrity violations.
Before I uninstall AMD Catalyst Install Manager, on the AMD website I can only find AMD saying to update this card use Catalyst Control Center, I can't find just a stand alone driver update. Should I use CCC to update my drivers for that final step?

Lastly, I'd like to thank you for taking your time and helping me out. I'm sorry that I can't find/know every piece of information you need me to, but I'm hoping to be able to know enough to be cooperative enough to get this fixed. Thanks!

So I'm really mad at my computer right now. I was planning on playing GW2 all weekend without interruption. Now, 10 minutes into playing gw2 I get a BSOD. If you can help me, Writh, you do not understand how grateful I would be. If this can be fixed before the end of the weekend I will name my children after you. Here is the minidump of the crash I just got.

sounds like you will have plenty of time to run MemTest, as was requested.

Rivatuner and Afterburner are essentially the same program. No worries on this one.

Install the latest version of CPU-Z from CPUID - System & hardware benchmark, monitoring, reporting -> on the right side, select
    Code:
    Download latest release

    1.61 setup, english
    1.61 setup, chinese
    ( (installation, includes 32 and 64-bit binaries)
Download the latest drivers for your Logitech device(s) from Support + Downloads (you will have to find the proper device and install the drivers for it). It appears you have a Logitech mouse and headset. Drivers for both should be updated.

We still need screenshots for the SPD tab. You only included one module of the four installed. We need a screenshot for all four modules/slots.

Before I uninstall AMD Catalyst Install Manager, on the AMD website I can only find AMD saying to update this card use Catalyst Control Center, I can't find just a stand alone driver update. Should I use CCC to update my drivers for that final step?
You may also want to install your AMD drivers without the Catalyst Control Center/Vision Engine Control Center software. Download the version of ATI drivers that you want to install, and then do the following steps.
    • Start the installation program to install your drivers and ATI software. When you get to the option to Express/Custom install, cancel the installation. Your drivers should now exist in C:\AMD\Support\xx-x_vista_win7_64_dd_ccc where the x's replace your version number of the driver software.
    • Uninstall all AMD software related to your graphics card by uninstalling AMD Catalyst Install Manager in Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Uninstall a program
    • If AMD Catalyst Install Manager is not listed, use the following method to uninstall the graphics drivers:
      1. Click Start Menu
      2. Right Click My Computer/Computer
      3. Click Manage
      4. Click Device Manager from the list on the left
      5. Expand Display adapters
      6. Do the following for each adapter (in case you have multiple display cards)
        • Right click the adapter
        • Click Uninstall (do not click OK in the dialog box that pops up after hitting Uninstall)
        • Put a tick in Delete driver software for this device (if this option is available, otherwise just hit OK) and hit OK

      Alternatively:
      1. Login as an adminstrative user
      2. Click Start Menu
      3. Click Control Panel
      4. Click Hardware and Sound
      5. Click Device Manager (the last link under Devices and Printers)
      6. Expand Display adapters

    • Restart your computer.
    • Re-install your drivers from the C:\AMD\Support\xx-x_vista_win7_64_dd_ccc folder using a similar method to that in OPTION TWO of Drivers - Install Vista Drivers on Windows 7

All crashes still point primarily to memory. Proceed with the Memtest86+ steps as karlsnooks suggested. Also, please provide the screenshots for the other three slots under the SPD tab in CPU-Z.
