BSOD frequent, tried debugging, but Ntoskrnl.exe error

Hi all, my computer has been running great. just last week, it started randomly producing the BSOD. I have several dump files. I've tried analyzing them with WinDbg but I get nothing but errors:

Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\ntoskrnl.exe, Win32 error 0n2

can someone analyze my dump files, and tell me if I have bad memory or bad motherboard?

    I've uploaded the files here.

my system is 3 years old:
    Windows 7 Pro 64bit
    Asus P6T Deluxe
    i7 940 2.93Ghz

Are you analyzing the minidumps or the kernel dump (MEMORY.DMP in Windows directory)? Either way, make sure symbols are set up properly. You can use the MS Symbol Server here.

Anyways, I personally could not find anything of value in these minidumps. Can't really deepdive any of them as they're just minidumps, so you'll wanna provide a kernel dump or turn on DV. If you decide to turn on DV, make sure not to check Force Pending I/O Requests, Low Resource Sim and IRP Logging. They will cause false positives and other behavior.
