BSOD at random after hardware change

    Attachment 222280
    Hi there!

1.A month ago, my PC shut down and rebooted in a loop after 4 seconds. I checked everything and removed a defect ram stick, now I have 3GB running, before 4GB.

2.Shortly after this I got a HD 6870 from Sapphire and my system keeps crashing at random with different programs and after random runtime. Idle, gaming, rendering, totally random.

I have the Catalyst 12.6 driver installed and cleaned everything before installing the new driver.

The last code I got was this, but before there were also different ones. Scanning showed that the pc detected a problem with the graphiccard, but I donīt know what to do with the dmg file that I got.

    "0x000000000C0000005, 0xFFFFF80003290ACC,0xFFFFF880096890A0

    System_Service_Exception"

I attached a zip file with what you wanted for error analysis for Bluescreens.

-Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit full retail
    -System is 3 months old
-hardware parts 5 years old, except HD6870

Would be cool to hear from you guys, I have a LAN at the weekend

    Sincerely,

Can you please explain your PC setup more? Also, how is the system 3 months old when its parts are 5 years old? Do you mean when you installed Windows on it? To add, does this include the PSU? Understand that PSUs degrade both in stability and wattage output. You may be experiencing instability as the old PSU is struggling to support the new card when otherwise it would've been fine. 5 years is often a good time to replace the PSU on any PC anyways.

Anywho, you may wanna run your memory through Memtest86+ again, through several passes. In addition, turn on DV. Do not select Force Pending I/O Requests, IRP Logging, and Low Resource Sim checks. Running Prime95 on Torture Test on Blend overnight would also be advisable.

Yes, Windows 7 was installed a few month back. I am on Holidays for this coming weekend, but I will try your settings afterwards and report about the stability, thank you!
