My computer is on High Performance, (you told me in the first reply to try not in Power save mode). And I've done as told disabling all start-up items and non Microsoft services. Again the computer crashes when waking from sleep (dumps attached), even when I put it to sleep by pressing the power button. Otherwise everything is great. Please advise me what else can be the problem.

Try in safe mode and report back.

Writing from safe mode now, but there is no sleep mode in safe mode so I can't test if it will crash.

Check the event viewer the next time it happens. It might give a cause.

I caused the computer to crash, (by putting it to sleep, lately every time it wakes from sleep it crashes). Attached is any relevant events, I don't see any useful information.

When you put it to sleep, using software rather than the power button, do you still get BSODs

Make an SFC check, run 3 times if errors are found
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
