Now with a name like that I'm going to take a wild guess: If you are overclocking, then stop.

Now until one of our true BSOD analyst is free to accurately and thoroughly evaluate your submitted info, I have two requests:

Request Nr 1:

Update your SevenForums System Specs
User CP (located on the top menu bar) |
Your Profile | Edit System Spec (left-hand column)

To gather info, use Speccy (my favorite) or SIW or System Info

In the System Manufacturer Block, enter:
Manufacturer and Model and
ADD the word laptop, desktop, netbook or tablet.
For example:
Toshiba Satellite L305D notebook.

Provide full windows version info, for example:
MS Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit

Use the “Other Info” block for Optical Reader,
Mouse, touchpad, wifi adapter, speakers, monitor, etc

Scroll down and click on SAVE CHANGES.

You will find that in Speccy, you can select info from the display
using your mouse/touchpad and then paste that info into your specs.

SIW is a marvelous program, but the free version does not offer
this capability.

# STEP 1 ** RUN POWERSHELL AS ADMINISTRATOR
WIN key | type POWERSHELL | do NOT hit ENTER |
in the PROGRAMS list, right-click on WINDOWS POWERSHELL |
choose "Run as administrator" |
Click on the YES button (if such appears)

# STEP 2 ** COPY AND PASTE

Paste the oneliner into PowerShell.
This oneliner will put biosinfo.txt onto your desktop. Attach to your next post.

gwmi win32_bios > $env:userprofile\desktop\biosinfo.txt

either way userprofile should point to the correct location.

Go back into powershell and type:
Cd $env:userprofile

Where do you end up?

you can also use:
gwmi win32_bios > 'e:\users\jake\desktop\biosinfo.txt'

I also need to run this oneliner and attach the output since your environment seems to be messed up:

dir env: > 'e:\users\jake\desktop\biosinfo.txt'

Your bios is most probably current with a may 25 date, but best would be for you to go to the website of the board mfg and at the same time check for other driver/chipset updates.

The error msg in the sfcdetails bothers me because that is an important file.

As a test I'd like for you to run another script:
