    Let's get started now:

    Code:
Controlador de multimídia	PCI\VEN_1131&DEV_7130&SUBSYS_00001131&REV_01\4&2966AB86&0&28A4	The drivers for this device are not installed.
Try using windows updates to get this installed.

    Code:
    Unknown Device	USB\VID_0000&PID_0000\6&1D70CE77&0&3	43
What is plugged into you USB device?

    Analysis

    Code:
    ASACPI.sys Sun Mar 27 21:30:36 2005 (42476C4C)
Drivers before 2009 are known to cause problems. Please update: ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download

    Code:
    athrxusb.sys Thu Nov 30 04:15:14 2006 (456EAF32)
Same as above. Please get the most updated driver for this: Update Atheros Drivers

Seems like you are also having problems with the NTFS file system. Please try the following:

Run: SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

    After:
    Disk Check

    Please post back results.
