    BSOD crash

I am new to this forum but I tried best to provide error details. The blue screen error I am getting from 2 months after buying this brand new laptop. For the blue screen error I have gone to the service center but still the problem persists till Its Hard drive , DVD drive and some other part got replaced after paying the whole money as its warranty period has expired. But this HP laptop's DVD drive has faults from the date I bought this. After repairing this now i too got the blue screen error two times from yesterday.Any help will be grateful.Attached the files as needed.Thank you.

    Welcome
You have given us 2 dump reports, which do not agree. To start lets go with the most clear report, it indicates
Zteusbmdm6k.sys with description USB Modem/Serial Device Driver is a driver file from company ZTE Incorporated belonging to product ZTE USB Modem/Serial Device Driver.
Update driver and if you contiune to get bsods, report back.

That is what we are trying to solve in this. It's extremely hard to try and figure out what the problem is right away. This is why we have troubleshooting techniques to be able to narrow it down, and isolate the problem. Then fix it.
