    Any crash dumps to be uploaded?

    Make sure all cables are tight. In many experiences including my own, I've been putting - for instance - the main motherboard cable in the mobo, loose. See if any cables are not tight. Also ensure that your PSU cable is all the way in, and not plugged in through a bunch of adapters.

    **SOLVED** After much testing and changing of hardware it was that the CPU that was faulty.
