BSOD - Driver Power State Failure

New Computer Setup. Seemingly Random BSODs several times a day.

At first it was just happening when playing games, or running AUTOCAD. But now it just crashed while watching Hulu. I tried reinstalling all drivers I could think of and even did a whole system wipe with no luck.. still BSing.

I've attached my Seven Forums .zip as instructed.

    From Mini-Dump:

    Hello,

The dump files are blaming memory corruption. Please run a RAM - Test with Memtest86+ just in case.

Also showing code corruption, so do the following:
    After post back results please.

Did you run it for 7-8 passes?

    But yes that sounds good.

Ya, it was on Pass 8 when I stopped it.

Just had my first crash of the night (2 hour use) while playing BF3.exe

Skype error minimzed me and read "Could not continue..." then locked and reset.
No blue screen or minidump file.. is there any other .DMPs I can find info about this crash?

Problem seems to be getting worse..

No more blue screens, just locks up.. taskbar disapears and I get errors similar to this one for different applications (this time it was chrome).

    chrome.exe - application Error

The instruction at 0x00000000722D85E3 referenced memory at 0x0000000000722D85E3. The required data was no place into memory because of an I/O error status of 0xc000000e.

    Any advice?

    Thanks
