    BSOD after sleep mode ntoskrnl.exe+7f1c0

Computer keeps BSOD after trying to wake it from sleep mode, or even if the monitor just powers off via power save options. Installed latest video drivers and windows updates to no avail. Thanks in advance for the help!

The last dump refers to msahci.sys... which is related to you Hard Dirve..

Check you bios to see if it is set to AHCI ...

BIOS is set to ACHI, however if i change it to ATA, the machine gets stuck in a never ending reboot loop. Any other thoughts?

Ok the first crash on waking from sleep occurs with VSS ...(Volume shadows Service)... probably accesing a drive which is not there.... Do you have any backup your doing probably to an external device via USB ??

The second crash on waking from sleep occurs with eeCtrl (Symantec Eraser Control)... again probably accessing a drive to clean..... you would need to remove this as this is also part of the kernel driver.... ( its could have been there because of a previous unintallation)...

Try disabling VSS and if possible an norton services.....
