Repeated BSOD Issues Several Different Codes (Most Recent) 0x000000c4

I have had several crashes over the past 4-6 months.
I have replaced memory. Replaced the video card & also a power supply.
I do a ton of video encoding & this is most often when I encounter the BSOD.
Specifically using the AVC codec & the VC-1 codec.
Once in awhile I will get it while playing a video game. Pangya specifically.
I also just did a complete upgrade repair install using the SP2 compatibility upgrade trick.
The thought that maybe I had a corrupted ntoskrnl.exe, because I had messages with that as well.
As you can see the BSOD's have persisted.

More bluescreens from the last 48 hours. I ran both Disc checks on C:
After each one there was a blue screen. I went in & re-seated the ram which seems to remedy the problem temporarily. I re-ran the app
& here are the actual BSOD's taken with my camera along with the zip file.

I rolled back my atheros network driver which may have caused the ts.arusbx.sys blue screen, which was the last one.
    Crossing my fingers..
