sorry about the wait, but please be patient as we are all volunteers.

    Code:
    --------------------------------------------
    --------------------1-------------------
    --------------------------------------------
    WinFPdrv.sys http://www.runscanner.net/file/WinFPdrv.sys.html
    --------------------------------------------
    ---------------------END--------------------
    --------------------------------------------
This shows that you have unknown drivers on your system. To be safe, do the following:

Do a full scan of your system using: Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

Afterwards: Malwarebytes : Free anti-malware download

If nothing pops up for both of those,

    try: Windows Defender Offline
    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\TuneUp Utilities 2012\
Please uninstall TuneUp because programs like these modify the registry and could cause problems later on.

    Code:
    Probably caused by : usbhub.sys
this is blaming your USB drivers, please make sure you have the latest.

Try this then post back results.

there are no dump files. Trying to analyze a BSOD without dump files is like taking a shot in the dark.

Go to: C:\ -> windows -> minidump. Should be files in there. Upload them please.
