BSOD occurs when computer on, monitor sleeping - middle of the night3b

Bug check 3b

Only get these BSOD in the middle of the night when the computer power config set to:

Computer: Never Sleep
Monitor: 30 min. Sleep.

When turn monitor sleep off - No BSOD.

Verifier on: No crash other than above.
Clean boot: No startup items loaded.
Run ESET nothing foung.
Run Memtest overnight - no problems.
Run Win Mem Diagnostic. No problems.
All Drivers updated via Motherboard page.
Only app running is Folding@Home.
SCANNOW /SFC No problems.

One more data point:

Last night had monitor set to Never Sleep. No BSOD.

Will continue this setting to see how long I can go without a BSOD. My two leading suspicions are: video driver & memory corruption.
