BSOD error 0x0000000a for 3 days

]My Computer is a Windows 7 Ultimate x64 with a AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 910 Processor 2.60GHz. I have been having BSOD for the past three days and I am at a loss at what to do.

I get BSOD randomly while using my computer and the event viewer shows:

- <Event xmlns="">
- <System>
<Provider Name="Microsoft-Windows-WER-SystemErrorReporting" Guid="{ABCE23E7-DE45-4366-8631-84FA6C525952}" EventSourceName="BugCheck" />
<EventID Qualifiers="16384">1001</EventID>
<TimeCreated SystemTime="2012-08-03T05:17:11.000000000Z" />
<Correlation />
<Execution ProcessID="0" ThreadID="0" />
<Security />
- <EventData>
<Data Name="param1">0x0000000a (0x000000007fefc91c, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000001, 0xfffff80003507405)</Data>
<Data Name="param2">C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP</Data>
<Data Name="param3">080212-23181-01</Data>

I am not a computer person and am not able to make any sense of what is being shown. I tried running scans for viruses and have tried troubleshooting but no viruses have been found and troubleshooting finds no errors. If anyone can help me, that would be great.
