Serious issue here -tried a lot. Same Bsod

ok so, we have done a factory reset on this computer while experiencing bsods and a few minor viruses. Bsods still came up. Sent to someone who looked at it, twice the guy couldn't fix it. I believe its graphic related, when windows media center opens up we get a bsod and says something about graphics. I will put together another report when i can, i will also update the drivers using hp support software. It will run in safe mode a bit longer than normal, but still bsod occurs. Please help, frustrating problem. i will try to get a report together and anything else you guys may need info about.
