Crash and reboot when waking up from sleep

When attempting to wake up my wife's PC from sleep, the computer will hang for a few seconds at a black screen and then reboot. This is followed by the standard Windows has not shut down properly message asking if I want to launch into safe mode. This has been happening the past few weeks. It's Windows 7 64-bit. I've attached the results of the SF Diagnostic tool. Anyone have any ideas?

Stuff I've tried:
- Turning off hybrid sleep
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the Realtek USB WiFi adapter (network adapter problems came up on some google searches)
- Toggling USB suspend in power settings

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

You could try updating your graphics drivers, you currently have old ones from 2010.

The latest WHQL drivers from Nvidia are available here:

Unfortunately, that did not fix the problem. Thanks for the suggestion though, that probably needed to be done anyway.

Have some time to troubleshoot this more today. Any ideas? I hope I don't have to wipe the machine and reinstall.

Windows 7 64bit

Well, I've discovered the source of the problem, but haven't yet determined how to fix it.

The PC is plugged into an APC UPS. If I have it plugged into the wall instead of the UPS, I can wake from sleep just fine. I went to upgrade the Powerchute software that comes with the UPS but there were lots of bad reviews for it. So I removed it instead and let Win7 use its built in battery management. Unfortunately, that did not fix the problem. I tried plugging it into a different outlet on the UPS (that would still provide battery backup) and that did not work either.

Does this sound like a hardware or a configuration issue? Might have to contact APC support I suppose.

When waking from sleep, the PC beeps, then reboots. The BSOD is not displayed due to the monitor not waking up in time. I know it is a BSOD due to the error message details after reboot. The simple answer is to turn off sleep, but like a doctor giving medicine for the cold, this only masks the...
