I have Run Memtest with no problems and also stress tested my CPU and GPU with no issues. I have also run CHKDSK with no issues. How can I go about sorting out these software issues.

Hard to tell from just one minidump, upload the new minidumps here if you still get BSODs after you have updated the driver.

Are you sure that that is the right driver link? the installation doesn't appear to be working. (I moved the router to my room and plugged an ethernet cable. Hence why I am still on the internet).

Any error messages? An other option is to select "Update Driver" in the Device manager, browse to the unpacked driver and select the "RTWLANU_Driver\Win7X64" folder.
