BSOD error within 5-10 minutes of start up - bccode f4

My friends and I just built this computer out of these parts (listed on my profile) and installed (programs that we know were installed) and some others that I don't quite know and whenever I start it up it generally BSODs within 5-10 minutes with these error codes. Here's the dump from the latest crash. Any help would be great appreciated.

    BCCode: f4
    BCP1: 0000000000000003
    BCP2: FFFFFA8008CCDB30
    BCP3: FFFFFA8008CCDE10
    BCP4: FFFFF80002FCB510

    Hello,

    Code:
Start Menu\Programs\McAfee Security Scan Plus	Public:Start Menu\Programs\McAfee Security Scan Plus	Public
    Start Menu\Programs\Norton AntiVirus	Public:Start Menu\Programs\Norton AntiVirus	Public
Shows you have 2 anti-viruses installed. Which can cause some major problems. Please uninstall both, and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows . We suggest this A/V because it is not known to cause BSODs as some other A/Vs are.

    Code:
    Event[2989]:
      Log Name: System
      Source: Microsoft-Windows-Time-Service
      Date: 2012-08-05T19:22:31.685
      Event ID: 34
      Task: N/A
      Level: Error
      Opcode: Info
      Keyword: N/A
      User: S-1-5-19
      User Name: NT AUTHORITY\LOCAL SERVICE
      Computer: TasmanSmith-PC
      Description:
The time service has detected that the system time needs to be changed by -86399 seconds. The time service will not change the system time by more than 54000 seconds. Verify that your time and time zone are correct, and that the time source time.windows.com,0x9 (ntp.m|0x9|0.0.0.0:123->65.55.21.15:123) is working properly.
Make sure you have the clock in your BIOS correct. Afterwards post back results.
