Computer Shut Down. Windows 7 error?

I have a Dell XPS 15z which has had random black screen shut downs since the day I got it. Dell said (we narrowed it down) to most likely a Windows 7 issue. I don't have a warranty on this system even though it is new because it was a computer replacement and I'm not paying Dell another dime for anything including a warranty for this one.

Anyway I have attached my copied files and I hope somebody can get some insight on how to fix this system.

    Thank you!

I spent hours on the phone with a Dell rep and he had me doing all kinda of scans which all came out fine. Doesn't seem to shut down in safe mode with networking, but I'm not 100% sure. It shuts down ALL the time and it doesn't matter what I'm doing.

You have a ton of crap (literally, junk applications) loading at startup. I'm betting that's the cause of your BSODs.

    Code:
        Adobe Reader Speed Launcher REG_SZ "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Reader 10.0\Reader\Reader_sl.exe"
        Adobe ARM REG_SZ "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\ARM\1.0\AdobeARM.exe"
        Dell Webcam Central REG_SZ "C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell Webcam\Dell Webcam Central\WebcamDell2.exe" /mode2
        Dell DataSafe Online REG_SZ C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\Dell Datasafe Online\NOBuClient.exe
        mcui_exe REG_SZ "C:\Program Files\McAfee.com\Agent\mcagent.exe" /runkey
        NeroLauncher REG_SZ C:\Program Files (x86)\Nero\SyncUP\NeroLauncher.exe 900
        AdobeCS4ServiceManager REG_SZ "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CS4ServiceManager\CS4ServiceManager.exe" -launchedbylogin
        Adobe Acrobat Speed Launcher REG_SZ "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 9.0\Acrobat\Acrobat_sl.exe"
        (Default) REG_SZ
        Acrobat Assistant 8.0 REG_SZ "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 9.0\Acrobat\Acrotray.exe"

I want you to disable all of the red highlighted entries. Hit the windows key and type msconfig. Go to the Startup tab and you should see all of those entries I listed above. Remove the checkmarks for the above entries (except for the mcafee entry - see my notes below). After you do that, hit ok, then reboot the machine.

You'll notice I added extra emphasis to the mcafee entry. I want you to completely uninstall McAfee. I'm guessing it's just a trial anyway if this was preloaded on your Dell. Once it is removed, download and install Microsoft Security Essentials.

Once all of that is done, you should uninstall as much of the Dell crapware as you can - the preloaded applications that are trials/bloatware/etc.

Do all of that and come back and let us know if that helps.

I removed all of the above and it still shuts down completely with no warning.
