BSOD crashes (IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and others)
Hi, first off I would like to say that I'm newbie when it comes to dealing with crashes of any sort, so any help is appreciated. And err, sorry if the title is a bit unspecific.
I would just like to find out what is causing all these BSODs and how to stop all of them. Normally I would do it one by one, but I'm guessing something is causing all these problems. (Could it be dust? )
Information you might need to know:
Well I've had a few BSODs when I was running Vista but it wasn't as frequent as now. I'm using a clean install (not upgrade) of Windows 7 Ultimate and that's when the barrage of BSOD crashes began. Some of the common BSOD crashes I get are:
-Win32k.sys PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (Sometimes it's just PAGE_FAULT_... alone)
-IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
-dxgmms1.sys
-BAD_POOL_HEADER
-And the newest I've ever seen is HAL_INITIALIZATION_FAILED (appeared once)
-There's also the USBPORT one where I can't use the mouse at startup and then sometimes it gives me the BSOD.
I'm not overclocking (I don't even know how), my antivirus shows no viruses, I've tried the SFC/scannow command and I've only tried Safe Mode with networking (Still crashes).
Also, I should mention that quite recently my computer is starting to freeze frequently and today I've had problems getting past the BIOS Screen and Windows Icon part. The BSOD crashes also happens when the computer is idling.
I've attached the necessary files obtained from the SF_Diagnostic_Tool (Sorry, there's loads of .dmp files but not all of them are there because sometimes the computer froze when it was "Collecting data for crash dump...") If you need the technical information part for the BSOD crashes then I'll be able to post a few.
That should be it... I think (luckily I got no BSOD typing this)
