    BSOD 0x0000007e 0xc0000005 0x8365035c.........

    Hello,

I need help with my BSOD problem since i couldn't find any threats similar with mine. But if it's there sorry. Because i really need some help to diagnosis my problem.

    I try everything such as:

chkdsk; startup repair; reg cleaner; driver update; Microsoft fix it; etc.

    None working with my problems.

I need to know this is software problem or hardware problem.

    My Laptop is:

    ACER ASPIRE 4740G - i3 330M (2.13GHz, 3MB L3 cache)
    4 GB RAM
    320 Gb HDD
    NVIDIA GEFORCE 310M - CUDA (512MB)
OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit

Did you run chkdsk /f /r with the cmd prompt elevated?

The file system structure on the disk is corrupt and unusable. Please run the chkdsk utility on the volume \Device\HarddiskVolume2.
Did you also run SFC/scannow /f with an elevated cmd prompt?

Try HDTune to check the drives health. The volume could be corrupt and irreparable, or the HDD itself could be failing.

It's possible you may to re-format (last choice though)

Do you have the space/capability to image your installation, (an external hard drive etc) - format the partition, and then re-install the image?

What do you mean by Ubuntu 'not in other partition'?

Was it a WUBI install on the same HDD?

Yes WUBI install on the same HDD with windows 7,

Thanks for the help but i think i figured it out, ubuntu in same as windows 7 installation is the real problem.

I un-installed ubuntu and try login in clean boot then i put it back to normal boot. then...........bbbbooooyyyaaaa

My laptop now working smoothly back to normal, no more BSOD.

Sadly i like ubuntu, more simple and i love it. Even there are less program can be use in ubuntu, i still like it.

I'll try to install it in other partition of course.

    Thanks for the help.

Good to hear you sorted it out :)

(WUBI installs are a bit hit and miss)

And yes, create a partition for Ubuntu. It will run better in it's native filesystem.

Your best bet would be to shrink the drive within 7 leaving unallocated space.

Boot from the Live disc, use the custom/advanced installation to point Ubuntu to the unallocated space and off you go.

    *Optional*

If you don't want GRUB to be the boot loader, during the Ubuntu installation place the loader in the root directory of the Ubuntu partition.

Then use EasyBCD to point to the ubuntu partition, add the entry.
(Just hit the download button, you don't have to register)

That way it uses the Seven bootloader and makes choosing the default OS easier as well as removing Ubuntu later if you wish.

    best of luck :)
