Blue Screens and other errors, please help!

I've recently built my new gaming PC about 2 weeks ago but i have started to run into some problems. First of all i often get blue screens with the title "kernel_data_inpage_error". I have looked on many forums and they say to do a chkdsk, so i do. the problem is when im on stage 4/5 in the chkdsk, i get yet another blue screen! I even got a blue screen while trying to post this. The hotfix will not work because it says it's incompatible with my operating system (not sure if it has anything to do with me being on Windows 7 Enterprise x64) Another problem i am having is often when i try to boot it brings me to the "Reboot and select proper boot device" screen. It often takes me 10-15 reboots before i can boot to windows. The final problem i am having is trying to update my BIOS. My current version is F5, but Gigabyte has a F11 version out, and i cannot update as i says its only for 32bit, and i have not found a x64 version.
