Random Crashes

Hi, My PC has been freezing up where I can still move the mouse and close things but after a short time it freezes completely and restarts itself but says boot drive not ready on the restart. This happens daily sometimes several times.
I have, updated drivers including bios, checked the memory voltage is 1.5v as it should be and that the other voltages are stable, tried to run a memory test with memory test pro but the program crashes.
I also found this fix: Fix Windows 7 And Windows Server 2008 R2 Random Freezes which sounds like it is my problem but when I try to install I get: "The update is not applicable to your computer".

Processor : Intel Core i5 2500K @ 3300 MHz
Physical Memory : 16384 KB (4 x 4096 DDR3-SDRAM )
2*Video Card : AMD Radeon HD 6900 Series (Crossfire)
Hard Disk : OCZ-VERTEX3 ATA Device (240GB)
CD-Rom Drive : TSSTcorp DVDWBD SH-B123L ATA Device
PSU: HX850W Corsair

Processor Voltage : 1.18 V
VIN1 : 1.81 V
+3.3V Voltage : 3.30 V
+5V Voltage : 4.94 V
+12V Voltage : 6.97 V

Any help please?

All the temps check out, just a glitch in the Speccy program

I am still having the problem, Speccy still claims my SSD is 120 degrees but that would make it practically melt and it is cold to the touch. All other temperatures are fine.
