    First

As per Asus the requirement for using 2 graphics card is at least 1000W as below....

    Attachment 227241
Even if we use the Asus power calculator the min requirement is 800W with your current setup with SLI. as shown below...

    Attachment 227242

Your Power supply is under rated..could be one reason why the power is not enough to power up both cards.....

Which make me come to second point. As per the image below ....are the graphics card sloted in the area as shown... as that is recommended by Asus

    Attachment 227243

The dump on 18th says is X64_0x24_Ntfs!NtfsPagingFileIo error which is more of a disk corruption.... but as per you HDD SMART thats out of the loop.... Then the only probable is RAM..... you still havent told me how the memtest went ?????

The dump on 19th says is 64_0x1a_41790_win32k!NtGdiCreateDIBSection+3e4 ..... looks like Microsoft GDI... either graphics driver or may be the hardware.... That will be based on the answer you provide above...

First of all you have put in a wrong cpu in the calculater, I use a I7 2700K. with these settings it gives me a minimum of 650 Watt and I have a 750 watt PSU

I have some problems doing a memtest because i lost mu USB and have no CD/DVD so i have to buy one. Also im quite busy with school as i started on university. But i will run it as soon as possible and give you the answer.

Yes i have the graphic cards in number 2 and 5 as shown on the image. Atm I only use number 2. I tried only one card in number 5, but that didnt worked and i dont know if is supposed to do.

Also i have the latest driver for my graphic drivers, so that cant be the problem.

Dont know if I answered all your questions, but you are free to ask. But if you havent got a conclusion and wait for the memtest, there will be some waittime

Well again... you power requirement even if you remove dvd and usb is till coming to 800W... if you are only running only 1 graphics card, then in that case you need only 500W ... check below... you need to consider HDD as well !!

    Attachment 227399

Please understand... this is the recommended minimum !!!

Ok take you time for the Memtest... let us know

The problem is still that i have runned SLI, but when i changed motherboard, memory and CPU, I couldn't. I first found that out late and afterwards i have got these BSOD. So it had worked.

Also i have also got BSOD while running with only 1 Graphic card. So i dont think its the psu.

Still havent done the memtest, but i got a new BSOD today using only 1 graphic card. Again it was during the startup.

After knowing that i need a better PSU I decided to buy a new Graphic card. I dont know if it would help the problem, but i will update even if it does or not :)

I know im fast done with the test. so the results:

    1. I tested with both mem cards. within 1 min it showed way over 2000 errors
    2. I took out 1 card. Then there was no errors
    3. I placed the second card in the firsts position and again it showed over 2000 errors imediately

So i just stopped the testing to report. Do i have to test any further? and can this be why i cant use SLI? anyway i will test if i can run SLI with only 4 GB mem
