    Okay, do all and let me know the results.

    Code:
    STOP 0x0000003B: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION 
    Usual causes:  System service, Device driver, graphics driver, ?memory
    BugCheck 3B, {c0000005, fffff800030e6274, fffff88007afcf90, 0}
    Probably caused by : ntkrnlmp.exe ( nt!IofCallDriver+44 )

    Do I need to uninstall ATI Catalyst Install Manager? Because that is the only thing made by ATI on my Progams list.

    Very strange, but okay. Go ahead and uninstall it.
    You should uninstall Ask Toolbar too. It's not less than a virus

    There is no option to uninstall the Manager.

    Umm install revo uninstaller, see if it the uninstall option is there for the ATI stuff
