Whenever I use uTorrent (newest version) on my Windows 7 (64 bit) Acer Aspire One 722 netbook, I get a BSOD. Sometimes, it happens within a few hours of starting, sometimes I can leave it uTorrent running for days without issue. But it keeps on happening. I haven't pinpointed the issue, but i believe it to be a bad driver. Any help on this issue will be appreciated. I have attached all my info using the SF Diagnostic Tool.

Most of the times NETIO.sys refers to NIC i.e. Atheros AR8152/8158 PCI-E Fast Ethernet Controller, I would recommend to reinstall the drivers. Then remove Avast and run avast! Uninstall Utility | Download aswClear for avast! Removal to clean the left over files.
There are few crashes referring to RADAR_PRE_LEAK_WOW64 which means: (meaning of bucket type RADAR_PRE_LEAK_32?)
Download a run Malwarebytes since you are using Torrent there is a very good chance you may have been infected. It's not a good idea to use Torrents.This looks like an event triggered by Memory leak detection logic. The reported parameters in this event are the Process name, the version of the process, and the version of the OS the process was running on.
