can you tell me what is the difference between clean install and using toshiba recovery wizard? https://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/...737864&pf=true

by the way centaur78, Thank you so much for your assistance... but for the last time... I just want to make sure.... is this problem serious? and do you think I can play 3D movies with other 3d blu-ray player? and can you show me how to play blu-ray movies from vlc player once again like you did before?

    Thanks

As far as i understand ... they are almost the same process... you do have options to create partitions using the recovery maybe the drivers are also install... not sure..... but in any case backup all the important stuff before doing this.

As far as what i have seen in your system, this is not a serious problem.. a clean reinstall should solve the problem

And yes you can play with other 3rd party player.... like cyberlink powerdvd etc

    For playing blueray

Click on Media > Open Disc

    Then Select BlueRay

    and then Click Play
