    [URGENT]32-bit dell M1330 Laptop Crashing[URGENT]

I recently upgraded from XP to windows 7 32-bit. I started getting crashing problems with firefox or anything that gives a heavy load. For example sometimes if firefox or msn goes unresponding the whole computer crashes/froze and forces me to restart the laptop by holding onto the open button which is really bad for the laptop. I have to do this at least 2-3 times a day. Is there a solution to stop this issue

John we need so info abotu your system could you fill in your system specs (lower left corner) so that we know what hardware you have.

Do you get a blue screen crash (BSOD) or does it just hang?

I never get a blue screen when it crashes, it just hangs and sometimes the screen get's a little lighter.
I don't really know all the specs but I took a snap shot of some of my specs.

    I use a Dell XPS M1330.

Looks like anything that goes unresponding mostly crashes the whole computer.

Did you upgrade his computer from XP to win 7 without his knowledge?

You have to try and be more specific. can you go to start button then search. In search type event viewer. In event viewer go to the windows log>applications tab and look for red symbols. IF they are there (and they are) type snipping tool in search. use the snipping tool to make a screen shot of the errors and upload them to us.

Let us know if you need help with eith event viewer oor uploading

BTW when does you dad get home?
