    It's blaming the usb system files. Try the following:

    USB Selective Suspend - Turn On or Off

    and post back results.

    Thanks a lot
    I did it, but there is a problem with my webcam. Since when I open a messenger like skype sometimes my webcam doesn't response, I feel maybe that's the reason for this problem. is it possible? I re-installed my webcam driver.

    Uninstall these programs for testing:

    USB Security
    googletalk
    Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Agent for Windows
    GoogleDriveSync
    Listary
    IDMan

    I cant figure out if you have an anti Virus program installed, if you haven't:

    Install Microsoft security essentials: Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

    Download and Scan with malwarebytes: Download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.62 - FileHippo.com
