Some particular programs start 'do not respond' when I run them

    Hi everyone,
So there are a few programs that do not respond whenever I launch them. It seems that the list is getting bigger... Now I cant login into steam, when I click the login button it starts 'not responding'. Same happens with some other soft.
SFC scan says that there are some corrupted files but they cannot be fixed. I dont know whether that is the case or not, but what can I do about this?
    Any help is appreciated!

The BSOD's blame keyscrambler.sys - a component of KeyScrambler (R) by QFX Software Corporation.
Please uninstall this software and then test to ensure it stops the BSOD'

Hmm and today when I turned it on it said no hard drive detected, enter a boot device or something...That has happened once, my SSD cleaned itself. But luckily this time after turning off and on it worked..

    No malicious items were detected.
I ran Seagate tool for OS and it said it couldnt scan/fix it because of some files it couldnt access, I should try to run DOS one. Did write it on CD-RW but didnt work..I read I need CD-R hah, gotta get one soon and try it out.
