    The dump files are blaming

    Driver Reference Table - WUBS300N.sys - Linksys Wireless-N USB Network Adapter WUSB300N
    Driver Reference Table - RtNdPt60.sys - Realtek NDIS User mode I/O Drive
    Driver Reference Table - avgfwd6a.sys - AVG AntiVirus

    Try finding updated drivers for the linksys and realtek devices, also uninstall AVG and replace with something like Microsoft Security Essentials
