BSOD crashing while surfing the net

    Your stuff is backed up so there is not problem. You are not suppose to lose your stuff, but it can happen.
    Read the first page, warnings, instructions etc and then give it a try.

    I'm stuck on step 12; it says it wont run install because the current (installed) version is newer than the disk.

    They are probably referring to SP1
    Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1) - Uninstall
      My Computer
