BSOD-s all the time... playing any game for 10-20 min

My computer has been getting a lot of bluescreens playing any game for 10-20 min i get one BSOD. then restart and after about 30 min or so i get another BSOD. I have windows 7 home premium. one of the most common BSOD seems to be in connection with the nvidia driver because it said nvlddmkm.sys. it would be pretty nice if there was any possibility to get rid of the BSODs.

    Welcome
The good news your reports are consistent.
The bad news, you have bug code 116, which is difficult to solve

So yeah i did the furmark test it showed that the fps was something like 5-6 and the gpu temp was at 93 max usually 89 90..
The Prime95 test ran for 6,5 hours had many passes and no problems or errors.
I reset the pagefile clean installed the nvidia drivers used a driver sweeper in between, re-enabled it and then ran the SFC.EXE /SCANNOW in admin cmd. scan found no problems. Also i tried a few older drivers and nothing helps. still getting the bluescreen .

BSODs can be cause by overheating. 93 seems rather high.
