Windows Explorer Crashes on Right-Click, have dmp file

I had an F/ drive failure. Got the files recovered and transfered to a backup drive, installed a new F/ drive and as I began re-installing program files, discovered I couldn't use Explorer right-click to copy data files to a different directory.

I tried the NirSof shexview program to disable all context menu items, no joy, even in safe mode. I made a crashdmp file, but don't know how to open or read it. Per other threads, I've uploaded that to skydrive. Could I trouble someone to take a look at it? I'm stuck.

    Thanks, I'll owe ya bigtime!
