    Hello Sushant !

    First of all, you update your network drivers, and update your indows. Most probably you dont have SP1 installed ?

    Are you overclocking ? If so, get back from any overclocking.

    Test your RAM . RAM - Test with Memtest86+

    Upgrade your AMD graphics drivers, too !
