BSOD at login (BugcheckCode 126)
Hey all,
I have just got a green screen of death (just kiddin' it was blue! ). I had just finished using Linux and was about to log in. I had tried out my new keyboard, so when i tried typing the password, it wouldn't type anything. I trying over and over, and just about when i was about to give up, I got a bsod. Funny, because i was actually thinking about bsods when it happened. Now, you would probably think, "It's the keyboard, duh", but it actually happened a couple of times before. The thing is, there was no specific error message (like "KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR"). Instead, it simply showed a driver, called nwifi.sys. So, i went to my sys32 folder, and went to drivers, and looked for the nwifi.sys. I found it and went to its properties. I looked at the device and it said "Native Wifi Miniport Driver" Double-U-Tea-Ef?? I did not find anything like that in device manager, so now ive got no ideawhat it is. It's been a day that my laptop is working fine, but unless I do something about it, I know its gonna happen again... soon.
