Black screen crashing

    Hmm you should never skimp out on your power supply. I recommend 800 watts power supply from a reputable brand. That should power your computer and you should have plenty of breathing room.

    Would you recommend a corsair hx750 (gold) over a corsair gs800?

    Both around the same price point for me

    (saying this i never had a black screen yesterday a good 3 hours gaming really do think its the psu or psu over heat issue)

    The HX750 v 2 is more than what you will need. Your system will probably draw about 400-600 watts on average no need to overkill it. I suggested 800 at first because that would leave you plenty of breathing room.

    Thanks Chris, read a couple of reviews looks like peak is around 900watts

    Going to order a corsair carbide 500r to go with it air flow looks awesome using a cooler master storm scout at the moment it has no side fan so it stays off most of the time really need more extraction with the zalman vf3000 blowing air just into the case

    If your going to get a new case, the important thing is not the amount of fans. WHat's important is airflow, the intake and outake.

    Yeah it looks like quite a great case for air flow just hope this solves the black screening now
