I can't Solve my BSOD, consistant Bugcheck 'A'

For some time my system has been shutting down after BSOD.
This started some time ago and occurred primarily after "Auto Updates" from Windows. I looked at the files and found it was linked to my Ethernet RTL 8168/8111. I just chose to ignore it since I do not use the Ethernet.
In the last two to three weeks it has gotten worse. The system would give me the BSOD any time the system enters sleep mode.
At first I tried to debug it myself, but kept getting error codes on the symbol files, with the Bug check C4, and a note "Most likely caused by NTOSKRNL.EXE."
I followed various threads in the forums to try and correct, from system restore to reloading the NTOSKRNL from the recovery disk. None of that worked.
I finally un-loaded the Ethernet drivers and reloaded with updated drivers and tried again. Now the sleep BSOD is intermittent. The error code I am consistently getting is Bug check A, and most likely caused by NTKRNLMP.EXE
Device Dr Pro has been run and it list all drivers as current.
The zip file contains the last three minidumps, Sorry, I deleted the previous in trying to troubleshoot where my errors were coming from.
I am not a total computer 1 D 10 T, but I am limited in the software troubleshooting. I have reached my maximum capabilities in trying to figure out where the error is coming from and how to resolve it.
Hardware wise I have cleaned, checked and reinstalled all my memory, performed multiple extensive Disk and memory checks and found no issues.
Any help will be much appreciated.
If I need to include anything more, please let me know and I will get it uploaded as soon as I can.

    Hi

Based on the BSOD and logs please do the below...

    1. All BSOD refer to like you said Bugcheck A which in all the dump files refer to a nt!ExpScanGeneralLookasideList ..thats the Lookaside list used by the drivers (or in this case it could very well be the storage class driver ) for paging purposes....

You also have backup and VSS errors to partition D:\ (or the WDC WD5001AALS-00L3B2 Device)..

So disable the backup and volume shadow services and

Then do a chdsk first as well as use crystaldiskinfo to post snapshot of the SMART value for this drive..

Hardware wise I have cleaned, checked and reinstalled all my memory, performed multiple extensive Disk and memory checks and found no issues.
How many passes did you do for the memtest... and what extensive disk check have you done

    2. Please remove Avanquest fix it and Trusteer and Device Dr Pro completely (not sure why do you use these !! )

    3. Remove printkey 2000... You would anyway have to run this in compatibility mode. Try using the snippet tool in Win7 or other third party tool like Snagit etc

    4. Remove Trendmicro and use MSE ( Microsoft Security Essential)

    5. Update you ATI integrated graphics driver to 12.6

    6. Please update or reinstall your itunes software.. There were lots of task scheduler errors caused by Bonjour

Do these and let me know how it goes

    Fix Worked!

Thanks so much for the help! I do not know what line of the fix did it, but I followed your instructions, and so far no more BSOD's.
Just to answer your questions on my hardware testing: Memory I did 2 passes with the WinMemDiag tool, and 4 complete deep tests with Memtest86. Both showed no errors.
Disk drives I ran 4 times under the chkDsk, I ran WD Data Life Guard under DOS and WINDOWS twice each, with no errors, and then just for kicks I also ran HD PRO Utility, again, showing no errors.
I removed the Avanquest Fix it, (kid must have installed that, I sure did not) Trusteer was required by my local BofA, I dumped them, so I have also dumped their program. Device Dr Pro I ran just as a quick install to see if drivers were up to date, following advice from a different thread. It obviously does NOT do the job, nor does the Windows Device driver monitoring.
So, I also updated the device driver you recommended and will soon uninstall ITunes and Bonjour, (spouse now has her Apple to use).
With all of these I somehow ran into another issue. Somewhere while doing this Windows Media Center Hijacked all my programs. No matter what I did it continued to run and any program I tired to run opened WMC! I corrected that through the REGEDIT and got my system back on track.
Again, so far (two days running) I have had no BSOD's even with many forced sleeps and just as many letting it go "naturally."
All in all I would call this a complete success. I just wish I understood a little better on the interpretations and how you derived the fix. You're the expert, I'll take it with gratitude! I'll mark the thread as solved, with many thanks!

Since the BSOD where related to drivers related to Storage devices .... so disabling the Volume shadow service and backup sorted that problem...... try enabling them one by one to see if it BSOD....

since you told me you have used 3 different checks on the HDD and found no errors... we can assume the HDD is Good.

So either the Avanquest or the Trusteer or both could have interfered with the drivers to cause the BSOD

Memtest is usually done for each RAM for atlest 6-8 passes to confirm the RAM's are not the problem...

In any case i'm glad to hear it has resolved the issue..
