Blue screen when try to shutdown

Every time i try to shutdown my PC ever since yesterday it keeps giving me the blue screen. I haven't installed anything but i have kept my PC in sleep mode for a very long time.
I got this program called "WhoCrashed" that tells me the reasons of a blue screen or of a crash and these are the results.

    Crash dump directory: C:\Windows\Minidump

Crash dumps are enabled on your computer.

On Fri 31-Aug-12 5:49:06 PM GMT your computer crashed
    crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\083112-29764-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x70040)
    Bugcheck code: 0xF4 (0x3, 0xFFFFFA8005824B30, 0xFFFFFA8005824E10, 0xFFFFF800035CF720)
    Error: CRITICAL_OBJECT_TERMINATION
    file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
    product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
    company: Microsoft Corporation
    description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: This indicates that a process or thread crucial to system operation has unexpectedly exited or been terminated.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver which cannot be identified at this time.
