BSOD NTF.sys

I have my pc running windows 7 64bit its been fine until it blue screened saying the ntf.sys was corrupt it repair its self on restart there is nothing in the memory.dmp it also came up with another blue screen for something different which i failed to record what the error was there is a memory.dmp old problem is it is massive is there anyway i could send it to someone ?

to add to the above the pc crashed last night i was unable to restart the pc the hard drive just clicked this moring i was able to restart it no problem i am running seagates tools to find out if it is the hard drive

its probably having bad sectors..

ran all of segate test came back fine

have been told to run the dos version now looks like im going to lose all the data on the drive
