BSOD caused with a torrents of ID 7001 errors

My notebook has a chronic problem of freezing--BSOD--with or without a message.

The most recent event log displays it had BSOD 14 times (all with ID 14 posting) in 7 days. For the same 7 days, it posted 910 errors among which ID 719 covers 719 errors.

The notebook is equipped with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 530v.

For your reference, I am attaching Seven Forum zip file (kwon1607.zip).

    Much thanks for your support.

    Welcome
The good news all of your dumps are consistent which is rare.
    the bad news
They are bug code 116, which is difficult to say the least.

As per your recommendation, I have done every thing stated in STOP 0x116:VIDEO_TDR_ERROR trouble shooting.

The same error persists--0x116 and 0x117. Today's error message is as follows:
    BCCode: 117
    BCP1: FFFFFA8001D764E0
    BCP2: FFFFF8800425BC58
    BCP3: 0000000000000000
    BCP4: 0000000000000000
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 768_1

Do you have any more comments?

This is what I have done so far:

    Background Information
The notebook (Compaq 421) started crashing from the date of purchase. At my persistent claims, HP replaced ALL HARDWARES and reinstalled Windows7 and all drivers. It improved a little bit but still kept crashing.

Measures taken based on your recommendations
    1. Hardware check
Overheating was not a problem—freeware check indicated CPU and GPU temperature is in normal range.
Power supply check—I have run the notebook only on battery for 24 hours. It crashed even on battery only mode. I had to conclude PSU is OK.

    2. Stress test—I have run Prim95 for 24 hours. It did not lockup nor show any error message.

    3. TDR Error Hotfix
I have download Microsoft Fix 50848 and run it—several times. Still crashes.

    4. Window Parameter Reset
I have readjusted Visual Effect from “automatic setting (L)” to “adjust to most appropriate visual effect (P)”

I have “reset” the pagefile and adjusted the Virtual Memory to manual adjusting mode (initial 3,000 MB, Maximum 3 GB)

I have done system check by typing “SFC.EXE /SCANNOW” at 층 in administrator mode. The test results states that the system is free from error.

I also tried to do synchronizing adjustment—which procedure I cannot recall at the moment— but when I typed in “the recommended command” at command prompt, it did not responded as it is stated in the MS document. Some message indicating mismatch …

    Thanks for reading

Im at a loss. The cause must be software or hardware and all has been replaced. That link that I gave you explains what should be done for code 116

The truth is, I AM REALLY AT LOSS.
Normally, a consumer is not expected to go for internet surfing to find a clue on a persistent TDR_Error.

I even know exactly what TDR_error means. All I can think of is this: In 2008 graphic card suppliers and pc manufacturers were accommodating to the new environment of Winddows 7.
In 2009, there have been a widespread claims deriving from video card craches--both ATI and NVIDIA.

To me, this problem was caused by hidden bug intervening the new Window 7 system and video card graphics.

I am tired of complaining. And I do need a further piratical advise. There must be something that has not been attempted.

Please go for the database on ID 116 and ID 117--you are supposed to have a good database to handle this problem.

    Louis

    P.S.

What is synchronizing? How can I type in after cmd?

Never had a situation such as this. I will research and post anything that I find in this area.
I will confer with other members.

Read the thread, again. You begin by saying all hardware was replaced. Do we have a new Video card? Are we sure?
My expertise ends with replacing all hardware and software as you said that you have already done.

HP notebook has no separate videocard but it is build into the motherboard. AIT mobility hd radeon 530v is a component designed and built into the motherboard by HP based on a license from ATI.

Therefore, the video card was replaced as a part of the motherboard, when the motherboard was replaced.

I wish you turn your attention to ID 11-SCSI controller error. Is this a hardware error that often implicates TDR_errors?

I noted that ID 11 is the chronic problems--more than 50% errors. When I sent the dump files, I did so because ID 11 has occurred about 700 time in a week. But you reviewed the dump file and concluded everything else is OK except ID 116.

    Please reconsider the situation/
