Keeps failing to find it for some odd reason.. I got a couple other number from underneath the battery.. Do you know what kind of "format" the number is usually in?

there isn't anything there that specifies "service tag", sadly.. only product key, which is the one i gave you that starts with the AW-PC letters.. aggghh why did they make this so frustratingly difficult? Am I screwed because of this..? This Alienware laptop was bought before 2009 by the way.. I don't know if that makes a difference..?

NVM! I called Alienware, and although i don't have a warranty, the guy was nice enough to supply my Account number (bought before 2009 September, so i don't have a service tag, sadly)
    Here it is!

    Acct#: 483809

    Nope that was not helpful

Well did some digging ,.....and found this at dell support.. some of the links don't even work.....

So again after some more digging at intel for your wireless drivers
Try the 14.3.1 version before the 15.20 ..

it's only happened once, yesterday when i was listening to music. It was the same vwififlb.sys Item again. This happened before i installed the new driver, tho, so I know it isn't it.

Okay, were you listening to local music or was it a Pandora type thing?

Was the music playing, or did you start it, then error?

It was windows media player, and i had a web-page open.. If i remember correctly, i was actually going to this page to check if you had responded. Music had been on for a while already. By the way, downloading wireless V.14 didn't help with downloading a game on steam, still crashed sadly
