That would be a good idea.
WDO first runs a quick scan automatically.
When the quick scan finishes, select the FULL SCAN radio button.
On my 2.3GHz, 50 GB of 128 GB SSD being used, full scan took about 45 minutes.
As said, in the write-up a full scan can easily take 6 hours. Start the full scan while you sleep.
When the full scan has finished, and you have clicked on the buttons in WDO to reboot, then you can run the script again.

thomas, I'm involved in other activities and will not have time to pursue the logs. I wish you will and update you bios using the Windows procedure.
