Fluff out completely those system specs. This helps us to help you since we look for certain info that may seem inconsequental to you.

Here's how to really fluff those specs out:
Update your SevenForums System Specs
User CP (located on the top menu bar) |
Your Profile | Edit System Spec
(left-hand column)

To gather info, use Speccy (my favorite) or SIW or System Info

In the System Manufacturer Block, enter:
Ř Manufacturer and Model OR Custom build.
Ř ADD the word laptop, desktop, netbook or tablet.
For example:
Toshiba Satellite L305D notebook.

Provide full windows version info, for example:
MS Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit

Use the “Other Info” block for Optical Reader,
Mouse, touchpad, wifi adapter, speakers, monitor, etc

Scroll down and click on SAVE CHANGES.

With Speccy, you can select with your mouse/touchpad info from the display
and paste that info into your specs.

SIW is a marvelous program, but the free version does not offer
this capability.

Run disk management:
This method gives you a display without the unneeded navigation pane.
WIN=key with Microsoft logo on top.

Maximize the output of Disk Management:
Maximize the output of Disk Management:
ALT-Spacebar key combo | X key (selects Maximize) |
Drag the field separators (such as between Status and Capacity) to show entire field.

Make a snapshot:
Drag the cursor around the area you want to snip.
File | Save as | select save location and name | Save

Post the snapshot:

When you finish with Karlsnooks instructions, update all of your drivers from Asus website, enter bios and set optimized defaults, set your boot order, save and exit.

Hi, I've had my PC left on or in sleep mode for several days then shut it down properly a couple of days ago. On restart (every time) I get a BSOD (page fault in non-paged area, 0x50) within a couple of seconds of the Windows logo appearing. Safe Mode is consistently ok. I installed an SSD...

BSOD - MEMORY_MANAGEMENT and PAGE_FAULT errors (x1A and x5) under load
I've been getting these two errors a lot lately. They always appear in the 0xFFFF FF## #### ##### block of memory. Running Memtest did not reveal anything, but that's not always reliable. Seems more likely to occur when the computer is under load (like when I run Autodesk products) but, really,...

Multiple BSOD, kmode_exception, page_fault, and more.
Hello. First of all, I'm sorry, I really hate to register somewhere just to find solutions but this time I can't solve it by myself, and I've been trying hard. Well, my problem. My father bought a new laptop and I received the old one but knowing that it suffered from random BSOD from time to...

BSOD: memory_management / page_fault
Every now and again I get either a 'memory_management' or 'page_fault_in_non_paged_area' BSOD. The frequency varies, sometimes it takes an hour or a week to get another. But they always return. If I use a memory diagnostic right after a bsod, it shows problems but later on it shows no problems...
