    Because your dealing with Windows 7 and not Vista... you still haven't described what problems you are having ... your cpu utilization is not a problem ... its normal occurrence .....
    Where is that 180-day trial? In that link, I can only see a 90-day trial for the Enterprise version.

    Is there an Ultimate version that offers 180-day trial?

    The Enterprise edition is mainly for corporate deployments ... I believe that the validation scheme is also different..

    No clue what the problem is, im just stating that the "problem" isn't present on any of my machines. Maybe it's a Intel dual core issue?

    That is a possibility, however the OP intimated that it was a problem without stating what the actual problem was with his computer ... even with the cpu consumption at 30%, so what ... it definitely doesn't impair or slow down my machine, and I doubt it does his either...
