Please upload the msinfo32.nfo file. To get this:

    • Click on the Start
    • Type msinfo32 into the Search programs and files box
    • When it opens, go to File, Save
    • Save as msinfo32.nfo and save in a place you will remember
    • Let it finish the process of gathering and saving the system info
    • Right click the .nfo file, click send to compressed (zipped) folder
    • Upload the .zip file here.

I will check this file then tell you.

I went through and found a SMU driver for his chip that im guessing wasnt installed. His computer went through 10 burns on very high after that, with his graphic card.

What do you think about a random black screen during gameplay? we are not getting anymore blue screens or problems. just random black screens.

    Those are not crashes.

Playing some latest games with high preference, sometimes the graphics card may miss a few feet per second, and then that scenario occur.

Latest drivers, moderate and/or low game preferences etc may resolve that issue. But if not, I know that some high--end graphics cards are free from this error, even for Max Payne 3.
