    Hello

Unfortunately none of your dumps load. Try grabbing them again following the instructions.

    Can you tell us:

    1. Age of the hardware?
    2. Age of the OS installation?
    3. Whether it is under its warranty?
    4. Have you tried anything to resolve the problem yourself?
    5. Did you run a full scan with MSE recently?

    • Please uninstall tools like Glary utilities from your computer

    • Run Disk Check to make sure your hard drive is fine Disk Check

    Let us know the outcome

So I tried it again, here you have it.

    1. Well, the whole computer is maybe 2 years old, my friend has built it.
    2. The same, 2 years old, no re-installs, nothing.
    3. Well I'm not pretty sure, if the computer is more than 2 years old, but if it is, it's not under a warranty now.
    4. I wrote on that forum already, but we didn't solve that problem. I've created a new thread, because none of helpers answered after a few days.
    5. No I didn't, but I'll do that.

Sorry for my English, I'm from the Czech Republic :)

The dumps still do not load.

    1. Whats the temperature of your computer? Use Speccy to find out.
    2. Does your laptop feel warm?
    3. How does your computer act in Safe Mode?
